Rehabilitation

Rehabilitative services are offered for your horse whether your horse has suffered from a non-surgical strain all the way to post operative rehabilitation. Dr. Rose uses therapeutic strategies aimed to restore, maintain, or improve functional abilities and quality of life. Treatment strategies include manual therapy, joint mobilization, strengthening, stretching, neuromuscular re-education, kinesiotaping, rapid release technology, and more.

Rider Evaluation

A large component of our horses wellbeing is the balance and harmony of the rider. Rider evaluations focus on the riders position, posture, impairments, and limitations. Dr. Rose uses strategies mounted and unmounted to help the rider achieve better results faster.

Sport/Performance

Reaching Strides Equine Rehabilitation LLC can also help with your equine athletes to enhance athletic performance whether schooling or in competition.

Workshops and Clinics

Reaching Strides Equine Rehabilitation LLC offers a variety of workshops and clinics. Topics range from rider biomechanics, pre-ride stretching and strengthening program, equine musculoskeletal rehabilitation principles, and more.

Rehab Stalls

Reaching Strides Equine Rehabilitation LLC also offers rehabilitation stalls for those patients needing extended rehab services, such as extended post surgical stall rest, hand walking, and controlled return to activity. Multiple stall size options from 12’x12’ up to 12’x15’ with attached 10’x10’ outdoor paddock, as well as padded flooring stalls for appropriate patients.

60-Minute Rider Biomechanics session $125 (travel fees not included)
Rehabilitation starting at $1,500/month (board not included). Board $700/month
