Jake will share his expertise in horsemanship as well as having a physically and emotionally balanced horse. Emily will share her experience with becoming a balanced horse and rider pair as well as biomechanical principles related to riding.

Join Dr. Emily Rose, PT, DPT, CERP for a clinic focusing on horse and rider fitness to prevent injury. If you want to learn where you and your horse are weak and how to improve your combined fitness, this is the clinic for you! This is for all abilities and disciplines.

Saturday morning:
9am-12pm Activate Your Horse’s Core: Learn more about what it means to active your horses core, learn how to activate your horses core, and why it is important to work on core strengthening of the equine. Up to 10 people.
$150 per person

Saturday afternoon:
-One on one 60 minute private horse evaluations $150
-Semi-private 90 minute evaluations of horses have similar issues (max of 3 horses) $100 per horse

Sunday: 9am-5pm Riders, Activate Your Core including an Introduction to the Franklin Method for Equestrians: Join Dr. Emily Rose, DPT, CERP of Reaching Strides Equine Rehabilitation to learn more about the importance and impact of the riders core strength; how to engage your core when riding, why to engage it, and how it helps your horse.

Join Dr. Emily Rose, PT, DPT, CERP for a 2-day clinic and private sessions at Black Hammer Stables in Spring Grove, Minnesota. Friday, May 12th will be private sessions for horse evals or private lessons focusing on rider biomechanics or dressage. Private sessions are $150. Saturday, May 13th-Sunday, May 14th will be a 2-day clinic focusing on correct biomechanical harmony of horse and rider. The cost of the clinic is $475. Stalls are additional cost.
