Dr. Rose has been a Physical Therapists for over ten years and has practiced in many human settings including inpatient, subacute and outpatient care providing her with experience throughout the phases of tissue healing and rehabilitation through disease processes. Dr. Rose is faculty for the University of Tennessee Certified Equine Rehabilitation Practitioner program and travels internationally teaching clinics and workshops. Dr. Rose is also an active rider herself and competes in Dressage. She has achieved her USDF Bronze Medal rider achievement award.
